Randy High Jr. Bio
Since Graduating with a Bachelors of Science in 1997 from the University of Oregon, Randy has spent the past eleven (11) years as a commercial real estate broker.  Randy has completed hundreds of transactions throughout the greater San Joaquin Valley and in the surrounding western states.  His broad based approach to brokering in all commercial real estate sectors (Retail, Industrial and Office) has given Randy a broad knowledge base, providing clients a well diversified broker. 

By the age of twenty-five (25) he was awarded his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago, Illinois. The CCIM designation is held by less than 5% of commercial real estate professionals and is based volume and educational achievements earned by the designee.

During his career, Randy focused primarily on Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller representation.  As his experience and knowledge grew, Randy began branching out into the development side of the business, representing owners in the planning, entitling, and development of their properties.  As time went on, Randy began developing and participating as a principle.  His career has evolved to what it is today and  along with  a relationship with his Business Partner – Jerry Powell has lead to the birth of Fidelis Development.

Jerry Powell Bio
Since leaving active duty in the Marine Corps in 1992, Jerry has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate construction and development.  Working for a developer and general contractor, Buchanan Enterprises, Jerry worked his way from laborer, to project manager, and eventually Vice President of the company.  Buchanan Enterprises has been a well-respected development and construction firm, based out of Turlock, CA, and has a proven track record since 1949 for developing projects throughout the state of California.  The firm was based on integrity, loyalty, and delivering first class projects for their clients and tenants.

During his time with Buchanan Enterprises, Jerry attended California State University, Stanislaus and earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

For the last 9 years as Vice President, Jerry has worked with partners, consultants, financial institutions, tenants, brokers and municipalities in every aspect of a development project.  This exposure to all aspects has given Jerry a unique perspective and vast experience in the development process.

These factors have given Jerry the opportunity to create a new company, Fidelis Development, a firm built on the same fundamentals that Jerry’s career has been shaped and based upon.
