During his first and second tour in Iraq, U.S. Marine and Fidelis Development President/Owner Adam Moyer and his unit received a Presidential Unit Citation for building housing for 500 and constructing a fully operational base for 3,000 soldiers in 30 days. Mr. Moyer remains committed to the same excellence and service in each project undertaken by Fidelis.
